After a long, arduous day, and being exhausted, I was afraid that the meal would be an anti-climax. I was SO wrong! The fiori were wonderful, the porchetta fabulous, and the tarte tatin heavenly! Sacha you are a dining genius! Keira M.

Where does one begin to describe such an amazing Tuscan adventure? The hospitality and warmth of our hosts? Sacha and Beppe are two wonderful people, with two beautiful children, who make visitors and guests feel like old friends and family. Worries and cares are shed like old clothes, and their kindness and acceptance is the first step in a deep relaxation when you arrive in Cetona.
The food? Here is where words will fail…. I love the Tuscan cuisine, and always have. Even there, though, the difference between eating a well prepared Tuscan meal at any one of several fine restaurants or eating a freshly prepared meal in a Tuscan farmhouse with new friends is palpable! To inhale the aromas, watch the fresh local ingredients pulled, plucked, chopped, stirred, learning while sipping one of the amazing local wines and taking in the fresh provincial view, makes for the trip of a lifetime.
To any and all considering visiting with “A Table In Tuscany,” I recommend it most highly. You will remember such a journey for a lifetime.

What an enjoyable afternoon we had creating pizzas with Sasha & Giuseppe. They are knowledgeable, delightful & generous hosts. Anyone coming to Tuscany who enjoys food should plan on cooking with them. They will tailor the experience to your interests, tastes, and talent!
