Two Cooks in Tuscany specializes in cooking classes (up to ten people) in the commercial-grade but elegant kitchen of our restored farmhouse.

Part play, part exploration, our classes are hands-on and free-flowing, geared to the interests of our clients, the seasonality of the foods, and the spirit of the group as it ignites spontaneously during the experience.

Most of our classes begin mid-morning, leading to lunch, or mid-afternoon, leading to dinner. We dine together inside or outside, surrounded by the beauty of the landscape, with the accompaniment of wines specially selected under Giuseppe’s guidance. A class may be preceded by a visit to the local market (upon your request and schedule allowing), so we may shop together and design a seasonal menu. Our emphasis is always on fresh, handmade, and genuine.

We are happy to lend to your experience our expertise of wine and vineyards and our knowledge of the local area.

We also accommodate requests for catered events, for example, during a stay at a local villa (depending on kitchens and facilities).
