Two Cooks in Tuscany was born of a lifelong appreciation for food and a desire to share it with others. We teach people not only how to prepare and cook Italian food in Tuscany, but to appreciate the culture and convivial tradition that surrounds food here. Eating is sharing in art, beauty, and good conversation.
Our table is social, sociable, steeped in stories and meaning; our food is about history, culture, and place. “If you have a beautiful home in a beautiful place, you want to share that beauty with people—or it has no sense. That gives me joy,” says Giuseppe.
We believe that the experience of creating food together should be a bit like making love. As Giuseppe likes to say, “Things happen as you do them. It is never the same twice.”
